Course Description:
This course explores the practical implementation of person-centred care in aged care settings, guided by the 2025 Aged Care Quality Standards. Through ten structured lessons, learners will deepen their understanding of human rights, build meaningful relationships with older people, and develop inclusive, respectful care practices.
