Aim: 

 

To empower staff and leaders to detect, prevent, and respond to insider threats—whether intentional or accidental—by fostering vigilance, ethical responsibility, and a culture of trust and accountability.

This course explores the risks posed by insider threats, including malicious actions, negligence, and compromised behaviour. It examines behavioural indicators, access control strategies, and reporting protocols that help mitigate internal risks. Learners will gain insight into how organisational culture, leadership, and communication influence insider threat dynamics. Through scenario-based learning and practical tools, participants will be equipped to protect sensitive data, uphold safety standards, and support a transparent and secure workplace.​​
